Air Compressor Not Working

I didn't see any posts on this. I was trying to air our bike tires this morning and noticing that my air compressor has no power. The last time I used it was probably a month ago and it was working as normal then.

Anybody got any tips or suggestions on this? I tried a hard reboot, hoping that might somehow bring it back. Anybody hearing about these tearing up?

Its OTA .39 f…ed it up! We use it MTB all the time..and mine isn’t working anymore either! Called SC let them know that the forums are complaining about this…he wasn’t really aware of it…

lets hope they send an OTA to fix this ASAP!

Washing my truck earlier and noticed the compressor wasn't on and didn't think much of it but yep looks like it's out. Also either carwash mode seemed to disengage before I finished washing it.

I'm having the same issue, headed into the service center to have an out of alignment issue looked at, I'm going to have them look at the air compressor too, tried a hard reset, no change.

Software version 2022.39.1 had a known issue where it disabled some of the air compressors. Version 2022.39.3 fixed this issue. If you’re still running 39.1, log a service issue via the app. They reached out to me in a matter of hours and then pushed the 39.3 update to me.
