This is super interesting. What this tells me is they probably dont bump people. For example, let's say the guy living next to me has a pre-order day 1 year before me but a later window due to his config on 10/16. If he changes his config to be the same as mine, I wont get bumped and he wont move ahead of me. I'm not sure if that's a good thing or a bad thing, but good to know...

Interesting that yours still shows the tent. Mine got stripped... last month? Now I have a not too painful new window, I'm not touching ANYTHING.

Yes, I had to re-add the tent a few weeks ago after I noticed it had mysteriously disappeared from my configuration. I wasn't too concerned with the changes affecting lead times, as I am holding out for (hopefully) the upcoming max pack or equivalent and expected it to be pushed out to 2024 anyway.

As a Jan 2022 pre-order I've NEVER gotten a window and had zero idea on when I could expect my R1T. I'm seeing Feb-March 2023!! I would have been happy with June 2023. Very Excited!!

I was also a Jan 2022 pre-order and had never received a window. I'm totally bummed as mine says January-December of 2024!!! Not even 3 month window but a whole year?! Ugh not sure if I can hold out that long I was hoping for 2nd half of 23

Mine went from Oct-Dec 2022 to "Processing estimate"... like they haven't had all year to process it? Frustrated that they don't have a better handle on service as distance to SC can make this truck N/A for me. 291 miles to Bellevue SC and not getting any closer...

I placed my second order for the R1S in June of this year, and never got any configuration or update. I’m guessing it’s because my order is so new that I’m not even in the estimation windows they have? Not that I’m complaining I knew that mine was going to be 1 year or 2 out.

You technically don't have a "preorder" but a "reservation". You likely won't see any sort of estimate until you're invited to configure.
