Not really interested in the rest of the article, I just definitely see there some steps on these builds. Do want! If they could somehow install/piggyback off the jack points, that'd be cool.

Not long ago @JeremyP posted this thread in which he participated in an off road recovery class where the instructor supposedly had some RIVIAN prototype rock sliders on his R1T.

Given the choice I would take the ones that double as a step, but anything is better than nothing.

Those look like dead ringers for Slee SliderSteps (and a few others I expect). Have the Slees on our LX/LC and they are the bomb. And bomb-proof. But yeah attachment points matter.

That’s right. @Laurent shared that link where Weistec announces DCE‘s launch. Then I noticed the logo on the door is the same as the slider??‍. Hopefully we get more info soon??

Yeah, a bit of a mystery as to why they don‘t offer an option. With all due respect those who ordered the now unavailable camp kitchen, I’m pretty sure Rivian could/would sell A LOT more running boards than camp kitchens.
