Upon delivery - was trying to eet up Alexa / Amazon sign-in. Delivery “coordinator” or representative was texting someone and we soft reset / hard rest during delivery. Didn’t solve. I finally logged a ticket and it’s now been 10 days since delivery - set up appointment for service for other issues + this one.
Curious if anyone else has experienced this? Tried LTE, Wi-Fi, updated software to latest release, Soft Reset, hard Reset, and still - no QR code to sign in against.
