For everyone missing parts, it would probably be best to just contact them directly.
That'd wouldn't be any fun. We are trying to get this thread to 100 pages on missing bits & parts post alone!

But I'm just here for the slider status check in. Not to see here...move along.

Im shocked at the lack of people already owning a T55 Torx bit
It's torx plus, not torx. You can't even get the TP55 at a big-box store. Only place local to me that sells them is Napa.

So T55 Bit and a Hammer, got it.
Seems like the same crap as a philips hybrid you are just asking for someone to strip it out by using the tool they have had for years and assume it the same one.

I am falling on the sword here gang, we shipped approximately a week's worth of production without bits - accidentally. Sorry gang - please forgive the mixup! Those orders got a lot of extra bolts (2 bags of bolts), ha ha...but no bits. Totally our fault. Anyway, I think every one of them has posted here - please ping @BrookeRRiv directly for replacements, fastest / easiest way to resolve. :please:

The bolt is most certainly a TP55. This is not the same as T55. However, it is possible to use a T55 if you are careful and hold it square to the bolt and hold it in place. The trouble most people get into is they don't hold the bit square / perpendicular to the bolt, or they don't push the bit in while they try and loosen. This can cause the bit to slip out....a risk for both TP55 and T55.

Rivian uses a funky large head bolt here, because of the build variance between body and frame mount - The frame has an oversized hole in it, requiring the large flange head bolt to sufficiently cover the large hole and have enough gripping surface area. And for a large flange bolt, a torx head is ideal.

Who has two thumbs and just bought a torx plus set?

who also has two thumbs and will inevitably use the tp bit on normal torx bolts, also this guy
I don't think they'll fit unless you undersize. The reverse is not true though... I think.

ORDER #2789 received today! Unfortunately I'm on travel and won't be able to install them until next weekend. For those concerned about higher order numbers, on March 24th I ordered the lift puck kit and it was ORDER #4344 arriving 3 days later! These guys are legit and shipping as soon as possible! We waited for our trucks, now we can gratefully wait for custom, low volume, accessories.

Best of luck, Drive on!

Awesome, thanks for sharing. Yes, we are stocked up on Jack Pucks - those typically ship same day, or day after for later day orders. We have all versions in stock, original Jack Pad Pucks, RMaxx Magnetic Jack Pad Pucks, Anodized Jack Pad Pucks (yellow or black), etc.

The running boards are rolling fast now too - we will be caught up on R1T soon. R1S running boards and R1T Sliders will begin shipping late April. R1S Sliders start shipping in May. We're rolling fast now!
