Just looked for the hundredth time thanks to your post. Been waiting far less than you, as Jan. 2021 preorder. But defibrillator excited like you until I opened and only 1 vehicle in there. Is anyone else seeing more?

Crazy that I reach out to CS & they turn me away, a paying customer when my specific build +20" wheels is sitting right there in GW...Rivian needs CS to actually reach out to buyers daily like Tesla gets on the phone to go ahead with purchase...There were 7 LE, but down to 4

Absolutely that would be frustrating. But to be fair I do know what you’re suggesting happens, how they determine who to reach out to we don’t know beyond what they have stated but that’s no different than any other car manufacturer. Hopefully the wait will feel worth it when you get yours.

I just got the email this morning that my R1S selected from the Shop on Tuesday is ready to leave the factory and make its way to your Rivian Service Center. I wonder how Rivian is getting trucks to Orlando these days - rail and then carrier? We'll see...

Same here! Feb. 21 preorder -- also Brooklyn SC -- no friend/family or guide before this morning -- asked for shop access during our demo drive in January and the sales guy said "no".

April 2021 preorder in DFW area. We were assigned guide last night and spoke to him earlier today: he has requested that we get access to the R1S shop and says it should go through in the next day or two.

Glad to see so many folks getting shop access today / this week! Seems like the timing may be related to the upcoming delivery window estimate refresh coming up on Sunday.
If that's the logic, then I think it's a win-win for everyone. No delay to your delivery window for your build, an opportunity to potentially snag a vehicle faster, and Rivian has a larger pool of folks to snatch up orphan builds and get more deliveries / sales on the book.
Love watching this thread even after taking delivery and hope to continue to see more positive updates in the coming days. Still only a few days into ownership on our end but it's honestly been pretty much flawless so far and can't wait for more people to get the same experience.

Mine just came this morning, too! Also only had one, but it was a LG/FG launch edition. Which is crazy, because I missed the launch edition window.

The shop is constantly updated, I noticed inventory changing all hours of the day and throughout the night also. Sorry, that probably doesn't help....now you will be refreshing constantly =PSo I guess I’ll just obsessively refresh for the foreseeable future.
