I actually prefer the 21's. I'll probably try to swap with someone local or order them and sell those.Free wheels!!!

I saved my issues for later but I wasn't super impressed with the service center. It's back behind security at the plant so you basically have no interaction with anyone expect the two people that sit up front in the lobby (main entrance to plant). I had a part fall off (interior) after I booked my appt. I told them when I arrived and left the part on the phone charger. Guess what, it is still sitting there when I picked it up. Good luck! For those who have taken delivery at the factory, does anyone have experience with getting an "issue" corrected on-site before leaving the factory? I understand that factory deliveries transpire at a smallish delivery center adjacent to the factory, not at the nearby Normal service center.
I had an August/September expected delivery with no guide. May 2021 reservation. I emailed customer support and requested shop access and said I could pickup from the factory (St. Louis service center not open yet). Within 3 days, I had a guide and shop access. I got one of the ones that was part of the release on Monday.I think a lot of folks also went this route even though customer support told me three separate times from three different individuals that they did NOT have the ability to request shop access.
I did my test drive on 5/3, and a Guide reached out 5/4 asking if I was open to other configurations, and I responded I was, and asking what they had. He responded nothing at this time, but would keep me posted. I responded asking if I could get access to the R1 Shop, and I got access on 5/9. I just completed all my steps, transferred funds, and my delivery is set for this Friday! Stoked!Did u ask for access?
But before guide called. U mentioned at test drive about your flexibility?.I did my test drive on 5/3, and a Guide reached out 5/4 asking if I was open to other configurations, and I responded I was, and asking what they had. See this page on the IRS website.I don’t know if this would be the thread to ask, but I was just matched to a LE RB. The R1S price is $78000 but after they add the destination and doc fees, it puts me at $80,025. Do you know if when considering qualifying for the 2023 tax incentive, do they add on the destination and doc fees? Rivian is taxing me on those items too and someone indicated they are considered part of the MSRP? Unfortunately, my tax guy is busy and unable to respond right now. The “sticker” my guide offered to try and help shows the destination fee but not the doc fee, which would put me just under the $80K cap. (Unfortunately, I missed the opportunity to secure the tax incentive for 2022 back in August)
Thanks for any info anyone may have on this topic.
