I have a Large Pack Quad Motor R1T now and ordered the Dual Performance Max Pack. I’ll be able to provide some insights - hopefully by the end of the year. I’m keeping both trucks.

I'm never that lucky, I was surprised to see that delivery date. I'm sure not complaining! I'll believe it when I see it.

That's pretty wild. Congrats! I think June-July 2023 is earliest we've seen for a Max pack delivery. You need to give up some earlier reviews!

Let me know if you need anything while in Phoenix. The service center is small. They've already outgrown it - and it's inundated with EDV's.

I actually drove up there last week to try to see Red Canyon in person since that's what I plan on getting. Took a few shots with my current truck next to some EDV's.

I just realized that a few minutes ago. Yes, I'll provide my impressions of the dual motor. I'm looking forward to getting the truck this summer!

Before the next update cycle, I'm going to remove factory PPF, hoping that pulls my date in. I'm really torn on the standard vs. performance option. With the extra cost of performance I'm pretty close to the initial cost of quad motor max pack, with less range (than initially hinted at), and less HP/torque/0-60 time. If this is really just a SW limit, I was hoping Rivian would throw in the Performance mode for the long time max pack preorders. Assuming no cost to them, just remove the SW limit ... if this is really all it is. Hopefully someone makes a video on the dual motor standard vs performance real-world driving experiences.

I do need to tow as this is replacing my 1992 Chevy c1500 farm truck, so the max pack is needed. It'll also be my DD so the pep taking off from a stop will probably never get old.
