Headlights and Climate Stay On

Curious if anyone else has experienced an issue with the headlights, climate controls and infotainment system staying on randomly after you leave the vehicle? I've been seeing the issue since I received the R1T since March 2022. I've soft/hard cycled the power, turned the proximity locking on/off and had service look into it. Does not seem to matter where the truck is parked or if it is locked or unlocked. My current protocol is to manually turn off the headlights and set the truck to camp mode when I leave to avoid wasting battery.

No vehicle is empty and the with nothing connected

Have you watched them? Do they stay on for an extended period? They should turn off after a minute or so.

They stay on until there is a manual intervention (all night at, all day at work, or whatever random parking lot I am in)

If they never turn off it's likely you have a faulty sensor somewhere that is telling the computer a door or something is open.

I'm surprised you've dealt with this for a year without contacting service ...

I've asked service about it twice and no joy. It is annoying just not as annoying as dropping the truck off at the shop, so I have combined it with other service items. Since the issue has been random it's made it difficult for them to find. Will follow up again. Thank you

Update on this issue - it has been fixed and was the result of a faulty gas pedal that would constantly ping resulting the vehicle never going to sleep.
