Introducing RMaxx Running Boards & Rock Sliders for Rivian R1T / R1S from Team 1EV

Good god, the last one shipped was 1942? I ordered on Dec 31st, but I am order 2763. I am hoping that the 800 orders in between were for running boards and not sliders and that they will arrive sometime this summer.

I may be mistaken but I think those order numbers are from Shopify and are not exclusive to running boards and sliders they also include jack puck orders etc. EVSportline it would be great since you have missed your estimated delivery dates by over half a year to provide a list of r1s and r1t running board and slider backorder order numbers and current weekly shipping amounts of each. We want our stuff and want a better idea of when we may get it! Ha Ha back at you EVSportline.

Yes, those numbers are very much overstated here - they don't even reflect the total quantity of orders we have and certainly not the total number of slider orders we have (fyi we have unrelated invoicing from another brand running on the same ERP system mixed in there). So don't feel like we have 1000 sliders to go before yours, that is way off. The first day orders were meaningful because they all came on the same day, but after that, those numbers become less relatable.

We are on track shipping slider batches every week now! Each week we are producing more units, so it isn't a simple matter of x per week / total open orders. We also have things happen, like FedEx did us a favor and lost a box for one we shipped two weeks ago....so we end up taking one of this week's production to replace that one. No one really thinks about these things, but they all impact timing.

We have struggled with FedEx damaging boxes so bad that we re-engineered our boxes, moving from 2 big heavy boxes to 3 smaller more rightly packaged boxes. This was unexpected and caused us to lose some time...but we had to do it, otherwise half of what we shipped was getting damaged, having boxes blown open and parts lost. It was a hot mess. But....the new boxes are much better! Assuming all 3 show up!

Trust me, we'll all hands on deck to make and ship these puppies! Good news is the product rocks and you'll be happy once you get them!

Thank you for the update, much appreciated. I look forward to my sliders s00n then. I am also frustrated with FedUp, hopefully your hard work including rethinking shipping boxes will make things smoother.

I'm going to throw a REAL curveball here, lol. Can I get my slider shipping delayed? Going out of town for a couple of weeks and I don't want the cat sitters to drag in 96lb boxes. I can send a message to @BrookeRRiv if that'd help.

We received our R1S running boards (not sliders) and the quality looks great... I am installing early next week and will provide an update on the fit and install process... They look very solid and seem to be worth the wait
