Rivian R1T R1S Rivian iOS App 2.1.0 -- In-App Service Appointment Scheduling Now Available in App IMG_2900


I have an open ticket for a malfunctioning tonneau. I just grabbed a mid-October appointment at the Phoenix SC in the hopes that the revised tonneau is available for installation. If not, I’ll just reschedule it. Nice to have something on the books. We’ll see if my scheme works!

• View key connectivity status in the notification drawer.

Can the app not decide what color the icon is anymore? IOS.
Mine changed to brown/yellow with the last update. I prefer it.

edit: oh I see. The notification Ivón is white/yellow. I guess it should be consistent but I’m glad this is the only complaint I will read today. ?

I tried scheduling with Bellevue SC via the app. Didn’t work. App said there were no available appointments - ever.
We just scheduled an appt in Bellevue (after submitting a ticket a month ago) and got Oct 27th appt…. Yikes

Aw man, I really liked the previous new icon. Going back to white/yellow is boring.

Android version can also pick a date of service. (I did not try. )
+ it shows PAAK connecting status, huge improvement!

Just updated Android app. Description says you can reschedule appointments, but I only see the option to cancel - what am I missing?

You must have gotten the last one! Zero date options in the app for Bellevue.

@jebinc they did give me a couple options (this was yesterday), so I would try calling them (855.748.4265) if you need something more urgently than "never".

If it still takes 60+ days to get an appointment, scheduling in the app isn't helpful anyway....Focus less on app and more on service and support.
