20” All-Terrain OEM Replacement

For those that have switched from the 20” Pirelli Scorpion, what did you switch to and how has the range been affected? The Falken WildPeak tires are high on my list but they are a lot heavier than the Pirellis. Are there better options out there?

The BF Goodrich K02 is probably the most comparable tire to the Falken Wildpeak. They weigh 58.4lbs each, which is 0.3lbs lighter than the Pirellis. They have the same load rating too.

IMO, the K02 is about the equal of the Wildpeak in off road and snow conditions. However the Falken has been better for me in the rain and it is definitely the quieter of the two tires. I haven’t yet seen anyone give a good range test on either tire.

The KO3 is also recently available in the LT275/65-R20 size, a few have installed that. Compared to the KO2 said to be a lot quieter and improvements in wet/snow traction. As someone who is trying best for 1-quiver tire for road/off-road/snow willing to sacrifice some efficiency for versatility, I'm in the final stages deciding between the KO3 and the Wildpeak AT3

That’s my challenge as well. I don’t want to swap out tires based on activity, so I need an All-Terrain that still does well on the streets/highways.

How come not many are looking at the Ridge or Recon grapplers? I’ve had great results in ICE vehicles with the Ridges but haven’t tried them on Riv. Thoughts?

Yea, I just want to see some reviews on the K03 before I pull the trigger. They're just now hitting the pavement.

What does a set of K03 cost and if I buy rims too, ball park? I am thinking of taking my R1S in 21's and then switching over to 20's when I need new tires.
