Curious if anybody has this issue:
My rear passenger window wouldn't go down, was stuck up... Did the recalibration procedure (10 second hold at the window etc) with a tech on the phone, that worked, window opened all the way.

But now have a problem the other direction. If I use auto-close the window (second click on the button) the window will go all the way up then reverse itself and go down 1/2 way (using single press manual up I can get it to go up and stay up). This looks like a safety feature (auto up will reverse if it detects something blocking the window to avoid pinching fingers etc). Trying calibration again doesn't fix. When I close the window using single press manual, the car still thinks the window is open: in the app it still says "close windows" instead of "vent windows" and if I click "close" in the app I can hear the problem window motor engage (other closed windows don't) and then I get an error in the app.

Anyways phone tech had no other ideas and I have a service appt but this really feels like a software calibration issue, like the truck thinks it should be able to continue going up further and has a bad upper stop setting. But the calibration procedure isn't fixing. Anybody else experience and/or know of a different procedure to set the top level limit?

Just got mine fixed for the exact same issue. They recalibrated at the service center, but mobile tech could complete too. Sounds like a software issue.

My driver side window will not auto up on the first and sometimes multiple tries. If I’m slowly rolling and click into auto up, it will completely stop. Went thru recalibration with tech over phone and worked the first few time, then backs to same. Last week my passenger window didn’t want to go all the way up, would stop at about an inch open, for about 10 tries, then I rolled all the way down and then it started functioning correctly. ??‍♂

Had same issue, SC had to reprogram and fixed. They told me mobile would not be an option for this error but maybe that’s changed

Had exact same issue. Mobile service came out and had it resolved in about 5 or 10 minutes. The tech they sent was awesome. She even showed me the error codes the truck was throwing confirming front suspension leak. This saved my sanity as service advisors kept telling me the truck bottoming out overnight was normal behavior.

Yes, I have the exact same problem with my driver's window. I have not put in a service ticket yet. I agree that the standard calibration is off and the calibration procedure does not fix the issue.

If you watch closely, you can tell that the window is actually closing at a faster rate than the normal auto-up speed. Another clue that the system is not seeing the proper conditions to complete the auto-up feature is If you look in the app, the remote window close/open control shows "close windows", even though the windows are fully closed.
