We can't promise CY, because my own truck is El Cap. CY is pretty rare tho... When the Batch arrives in Dallas we will assemble a couple of sets and make a photo-video.

Right now it will be hard to find Rivian in the middle of the Pacific Ocean on the same vessel where our containers are and assemble rims to take pictures))))

We hope some of our customers who pre-ordered and will finalize the purchase have CY R1 and will kindly provide pictures after they get their set

I had the wheels in my cart when the 25% code for the first 5 pre-orders was still available, but couldn't pull the trigger because I was hesitant on the overall look (not that they're bad, just not for me). Looking forward to see what you release next. Is there a way to sign up to be notified when they're released?

We can already tell. [AW01] and [AW05] will be available for R1 even in fully OEM specs in 20-inch.

We are not adding them for pre-order now, because we need to make engineering 1st and see CAD drawings because they will look a bit different due to the increased loading index Rivian requires and different PCD.

We also still working on aggressive offroad design, but can't share any other details at this moment.

Preordered the 20" satin AW10 for my silver R1S. For those replacing 21" and planning getting road tires with best efficiency, what is your pick for 270/60/20 tire?
I am thinking of what is readily available at any Discount Tire, either MichelinDefender LTX M/S2 or BridgestoneDueler LX.
If 116 load rating is needed, then Falken Ziex CT60 A/S

I'm planning on the defender S2 for mine. All around great tire and because it was designed for EVs I'm hoping it'll be relatively low rolling resistance for better efficiency.

They are hard to find as I understand it, due to the war between Russia and Ukraine having interrupted parts of Nokian's supply chain. That amazon link is exactly where I got mine, and it looks like they're actually cheaper than when I bought mine (they were 261/each when I purchased).

Platinum peaked my interest. But coming from 21s. Becomes a little more complicated since they don’t have 275/60/20.
