When is the November delivery estimate update happening?

Asked my guide about it since I'm still in Processing Estimate for a DM/Large Pack and she told me that they're actively delivering DM/Large Pack

Well that's how they force the wildly overpriced Max pack on people I guess. I fell for it but I was considering it anyway as I tow occasionally and more buffer is bound to be nice considering my Audi usually has a 450 range. I should be able to take delivery before year end as the car is close by.

Once I had my estimate I wrote my guide back with a few questions to prepare for what is needed for purchase and I received a series of bizarre non answers to each question. I’m pretty sure my guide is a bot. It’s literally answers to questions I didn’t ask and zero info on what to expect moving forward.

Haven't received an email, but my account now shows December 2023-January 2024 delivery estimate. Very excited!

What do you know about the $7500 rebate that is supped to be available this coming January?--and applied to the price of the vehicle? Anyone?

We will probably just opt for the max pack to get delivery sooner.
But it does feel like a money grab by Rivian. Better communication all along would have prevented this situation.

If you’re a 2023 order chances are you’re not going to qualify for the tax rebate at all

Well mine went from processing estimate to Feb-Mar 2024 on 11/30, and now (12/6) flipped back to processing estimate but now I have access to the R1S shop but nothing in my config. Oh joy. Wrote my guide waiting to hear back on what happened.

My shop purchase is ready to pickup Sunday. It's been a long wait for one. I'm hoping it was worth it. Becomes a bit anticlimactic with the dread of potential new manufacturer issues but it's the future.

Just heard back from my guide, looks like the original delivery window remains the same, but I can opt for a shop purchase if I want to:

Kind of happened that way for me too. Got inventory after configuring. Sounds like you have a VIN so probably makes sense to wait for that vehicle. It was less than two weeks for me to get a message saying it was ready for pickup after I got a VIN. They just had to move it to my pickup Service Center.
