Voltage is unknown without the Wh also supplied.
If 1280 Wh and 100Ah, it'd be 12V.
5120 Wh and 100Ah, it'd be 48V.
Given the size of the space, the voltage would most likely be in the single digits to achieve 100Ah; the size available could probably fit a 12V 20Ah battery with BMS.
