Anybody have any clue what this is? Rivian Sharonville is problematic had no problem taking my down payment. You take my down payment. Don’t keep me out of the loop. I almost feel like I’m investing money towards a bunch of meth heads!

The real problem is you sign up for $100,000 SUV give them a down payment and they treat you like you’re some terrorist and you can’t get any insider information.

Well, "a better deal" to Rivian might mean more expensive wheels or interior color choice or even a more expensive paint color, etc.. but it could also mean you're being offered something you might not want. Just because something's more costly, that doesn't necessarily mean it's more desirable to you.

This is my guess. Might mean the Refresh announcement is going out and that the car he was going to get delivered is going to be discounted.

This sounds super fishy. Why let a customer wonder what’s up? Poor business model for sure. It’s almost like a game to someone but like someone else said it’s a $100k SUV, not a prize on the boardwalk. I would be a little offended I think. Hope it works out either way.
