Congrats to the folks getting a discount after already being in the purchase process.

They denied applying the new pricing to my order. I’m scheduled to take delivery June 7th.

I’ve raised my request to the managment team and waiting to hear back.

Well, the Rivian incentives finally got me off the fence.

I had been looking for an R1T with the PDM and balked at the upcharge for the Large battery, so decided i could live with Standard +. I was holding my ground on everything else though: Limestone with Blk Mtn & dark ash, the AT package (mostly because of the full-size spare) and the powered tonneau. I couldn't find that config in the Shop, so contacted Sales and asked them to look..

As a result of this thread, I checked the shop a few minutes ago and found that the pricing on the Large had been reduced, and more importantly, found it on an R1T in the config above. A PDM/Large for only about $2k more than a Standard + was so irresistible, I pulled the trigger almost immediately, even though it had one upgrade I was indifferent to, the Dark wheels. Have to admit that the dark wheels lookdarn good with the Limestone though.

So, after only a four year wait, I'm actually going to soon be an actual Rivian owner in "1 to 4 weeks." Perhaps most importantly, I don't have to go to Brooklyn to pick it up.

Yeah =(. I got a good deal, but feel pretty crappy about missing out on $7250 employee referral + free PDM right after I just took delivery. Happy for the rest of you who have been more patient than me!

Nah.. still hemming and hawing.. They did call me yesterday and tell me any of the 2023 wouldn't actually have a PTC installed and I could refuse to have it installed this fall.

That said the fact they are now doing price reductions on the 2024s must mean the 2025s are coming very sOOn. Also don't feel great about upgrading my 2022 with a 2023.

Agreed on the congrats. I have delivery scheduled tomorrow, after having it delayed from earlier this week, and haven't received any communications from Rivian about any of this. Any no change to my pricing. Seems a little random who is getting the benefit of these changes and who is not.

What is your config? Seems like the price reductions are not across the board.

Looks like the new promotion includes free upgrade from dual motor AWD to performance dual motor AWD for remaining 2023 models. I see a lease for R1T below $499 in my area.

How are folks getting the employee referral offer? Those are some stellar deals! Also, what zips are looking the cheapest? I’m willing to travel to save some money. The cheapest I am seeing in my area is 560ish/month on a lease for R1T with money down.
