What sort of efficiency numbers are you getting with these in the 275/60/R20 size?
I am running the M/S 275/60/20 on my R1T quad large. I am getting 2.34. I was recently in a loaner quad large with the pirelli 20” AT tires. I drove 495 miles in six days (my normal commute for six days) and got 1.78.

Edit to add:

I am in Phoenix and only run in all purpose with auto height and high regen. I have 8K miles on the M/S. I typically drive 5-10 over the speed limit and 70% of my driving is 70-80mph.

May I ask what PSI people are running these tires at? I'll be installing these today with the MSW rims from Tire Rack. I'll report back with efficiency numbers once I get 1000 miles or so on them.
I'm running the 275/60R20 MS2 tires at 46 psi cold. I'm getting around 2.4mi/kwh if not a little more

I heard people were disappointed in the snow performance though, do you have experience there with the platinum?

Super excited about the MS2s coming. The wear on our stock 20's has been ok so far, but they are getting noisy and I have a sever bias against Pirelli tires after years of suffering with them as OEM tires on multiple vehicles.

I'm tempted because of the look of the platinums, but I have had exceptional experiences with the defender LTXs
Same here, have had Pirelli Scorpions as OEM on multiple vehicles (Volvo, Range Rover) and I've always been disappointed in them.

I only buy Michelin for summer tires, and Michelin or Nokian for winter. Both brands have never let me down. Pirelli on the other hand I find get nosier, their performance when worn is far below what I experience with a Michelin when worn, and they get out of balance far too frequently.

I'm running the same setup but at 48 psi. Are you getting a TPMS warning at 46 psi cold?

Nope, but I checked today and they were 48 cold, I guess 46 was when I put them on in the winter

I asked michelin when this will be release. This is their response.

"I see that only 255/75R17/XL, 255/60R20 are releasing in 1st August 2024. And 275/55R21 and 275/45R22 are releasing in 1st September 2024."

I'm bummed.

I'm installing 275/60-20 on my R1T tomorrow. I have 35K on my OEM ATs with an overall efficiency of 2.11 mi/kWh (according to the truck). It will be interesting to see what my new efficiency will be. I mainly drive all-purpose mode and like to drive a little faster than the speed limit.

No change on the 275/65R20? That's the one that really matters to me, the 275/50R22 is already out. Those are the two sizes Rivian are going to be using, so having these as an option will be great. Probably the tire best suited to the Rivian.

Yes, I asked about the 275/65/20. And thats the response they gave me. I broke down and put the 275/60/20's on. I needed tires, were down to 5/32 and hated the road noise. Due to the road noise, i started disliking driving the Rivian. So had to make the change.
