Within my first drive of 25 miles after the update, I've got (EDIT 6) bugs already.

Apple music often flat refuses to play when resuming from sleep.

Constant Apple music buffering with Atmos tracks, in an area with excellent signal.

When switching from songs with/without Atmos audio, the first bit of audio blasts, then adjusts to normal volume.

If you honk the horn long enough to generate a saved video, the chime that plays as the recording stops lowers music volume and it doesn't go back to normal. Somehow, restarting the track fixes it.

The truck is constantly waking up, lights and all, anytime I'm near the garage.

Used my turn signal indicator and when the blinker turned off, there was just nothing in that space (I keep it on the efficiency graph):

It would also be nice if release notes included ALL the things they're actually changing, no matter how mundane. I know if they did, they'd have people finding issues they wouldn't have otherwise even known to look for, so I kind of get it. But, for example, I've noticed that the truck resumes Highway Assist control much sooner following lane changes, which is great. but it was almost surprising. Nothing about that in any notes.

Those are just a copy/paste of Rivian's own release notes, which are not complete or comprehensive.
Most vendors don’t provide complete or comprehensive release notes. If you’re assuming the problems you are having are things they have updated and/or fixed that may not be the case. Problems you are experiencing may be lack of quality control.

I’m experiencing a problem right now with the mobile app. I cannot charge, it’s not giving me an option. Also, if I click on vehicle updates and click see details an error appears, “couldn’t open update details. Please try again later.

Something is down or my vehicle is.

You might want to close the app and restart the phone. I’m not having issues with my app. I updated R1S to 2024.27.1 yesterday.

Except for the Apple stuff (cause I cant get it to work at all), have all the same issues, also done a soft/hard reboot.

I can confirm the apple music bugs. It's actually worse - i realized only TIDAL works. BT, Radio, Apple Music etc don't work. Multiple hard resets, display resets etc. Very annoying.

It would randomly start working after ignoring the system on a long drive.

Is your network connection stable? Try to tethering to your phone.

It sure is. ATT is pretty strong in my area, and I use the same on my cell phone. Even with wifi at home (I'm on fiber 1Gbps up/down), I had the issue.

Agree. Apple Music is SUPER buggy, stops playing, won’t load etc. I gave up and went back to Spotify. I can’t even tell the difference with Atmos anyways.

In order to list what you fixed or broke, you have to know definitively what made it in to the sprint. You’d think this would be obvious but I doubt any PM on a project as complex as this is would be able to give you accurate info. Not excusing Rivian here, it’s just kind of common.
