Phantom Alarm Push Alerts (Rivian App)!

Anyone else get an occasional phantom vehicle alarm alerts (alarm not actually triggered, also nothing on any of the video systems, etc)

I’ve been getting them ever since I got my R1S, maybe a dozen over my 18 months of ownership. I've done many firmware updates, many info and full resets, anda few call and chat sessions have been had (on this topic). There’s an open ticket for maybe a few months with no movement (not that I really expect a response other than maybe "we found a bug and we're fixing it in Firmware XYZ."

I just got another one today so I figured I'd ask here.

I had one on a roadtrip about 2 months ago. Went out were it was charging and truck was fine. It wasn’t charging, turns out that was a 30A circuit and needed to adjust inside truck. Don’t know if that was related to phantom alarm

I've had 2 in the past 2 years. Checking gear guard cameras, didn't see anything that would trigger an alarm.

I've had this happen a couple times. Both times when I opened the door a fly flew out... I guess insects can trigger whatever interior sensor is monitoring the cab when it's locked.

Good idea but not in my case. none of my incidents have been while charging (of any kind).

Also I caught a string of like 3 in one day when the car was in its usual spot in front of my house where it’s nicely covered by a security cam. Nothing in, on, or around the vehicle (including bugs as far as I can tell, although that’s a very interesting idea! Spiders I can’t see?!?!)

I have the same issue with ~12-15 alarm notifications over the last 2-weeks. Nothing on Gear Guard or any other recording. This has happened exclusively at home.
