1000 mile follow-up
2.26 miles/kwh, 90% around town, minimal freeway. The tires are still quiet and smooth - highly recommend and would get them again.
I replaced my 31500 mile 20" Pirelli Scorpions (PS) with these Dueler Acents (DA) and I am amazed how joyful it is to drive my truck again! The PS were so freaking loud compared to these near silent DAs. Given the miles on the PS, the ride was less compliant and now so smooth with the new DAs...
I just ordered these from Costo. The price before tax, $1411 which includes free install and $80 promotion. I very much look forward to a quiet ride coming from these Pirellis.

I too have a Sept '22 build, 31k miles on original 12v batteries with no indication of issues. Maybe we received a stellar lot? I have the toe link joint service in 2-weeks and I'll see if they comment on any 12v concerns.
With eight stalls, then I assume 300kw per two chargers or min 150kw/charger available (requirement for NEVI funding). This is so much better than the older RAN that split 300kw over three chargers when you could be stuck at 100kw max if all three occupied.
As for those dreaded EA station...
It's been awhile since I've used the ABRP app, but now it seems the live data is not updating. Do you need the ABRP subscription now (4.99/month) for R1 data updates? I can't seem to sync at all now.
I have the same issue with ~12-15 alarm notifications over the last 2-weeks. Nothing on Gear Guard or any other recording. This has happened exclusively at home.
FYI
My GPS started acting wierd (fragmented, loss of GPS signal), so bad my main screen would black-out and reset. After two visits to SC and providing time stamps of the black-out events, the SC found in the data logs my external USB-C stick was corrupt. After removal of the Sandisk stick, it...

Update
The truck was at SSF SC for 1-week. They replaced the following:
MODULE - ECU; ADAS/CCDE; AXM Part# PT00001493-P
CENTER DISPLAY - INFORMATION, R1 Part# PT00055883-F
During the 1-hr ride home, the screen crashed 5x, no change from before.
The truck returned to service a week later...
Add me to the list of significant sw issues. Three of the most significant in order of least to most:
volume from 1 to 2 is too much (Spotify)
PAAK does not recognize the @home setting to only lock. Now, it freely locks and unlocks as I leave and approach the R1T
Black screen of death...
Since the latest update (.27), while at home, the R1T will now automatically unlock/lock as I approach/leave the vehicle despite selecting the appropriate setting to only lock at home.
Anyone else have this issue post update? Any resolution?
Thank you!
Yes :lipssealed:
For the few times I would need a Tesla charge in my R1T, I'll not likely have a Tesla membership and the pricing will make me look elsewhere if I am not time constrained.
On the other hand, when driving the Model 3, I'll suck up the price increase and appreciate the...
I also noticed a significant increase, ~15-30% across a spot check of a dozen CA Superchargers. I saw a $0.70/kwh for non-Tesla at one location. The timing coinsides with the Supercharger team termination.
What's the rationale? Lower overall usage while preserving revenue? Lower usage...
Mine was replaced mid-Dec. So far, so good. I've opened/closed it 10x and no issues.
Background: TC jammed Feb '23, Mobile Service removed exposed covers shorthly thereafter. Passively received notice of replacement early Dec '23. Replaced at San Jose SC, 4.5 hours. They even charged the...
I fixed it! With the help of WD40 and long application bendable needle, the squeak is gone.
I held the door at 45 deg, inserted the bendable needle along the barely visible rod feature, and applied WD40 while translating the needle between 1-4". This feature is on the outboard half of the...
