Slate Sky + Walnut Production?

With the store interface update today, choosing the slate sky + walnut changes the delivery timeframe to 8-12 weeks vs. 1-6 weeks for the same config with other interiors. Not sure what this means for orders from June like I have but the long quoted Oct-Nov timeline doesn't look promising.

I received the email yesterday to complete the purchasing process and have a scheduled delivery 2nd week of December for my R1T. Ordered June with a estimated Oct/Nov delivery date.

I got email this morning to complete the process but still don’t have a delivery window. Ordered end of September. Where is your car being delivered to?

I snagged one from the shop yesterday. My purchasing process should open next week or the week after that. It was my exact config, except it includes the camp speaker, which frankly is a waste for 450 bucks but a small price to pay to guarantee I will get one before the end of the year and Trump getting rid of the lease tax credit I plan to take advantage of.

Edit: I just checked the shop tracker. Looks like there's still 2 R1S's with it. I've been looking for an R1T with the Slate Sky, but with Trump back in office, it's put a hold on my purchasing desires, so may not get a truck in the end. Love my R1S tho.

Yeah the election result is why I was so diligent in looking at the shop for SUV’s. If I didn’t need to switch to an SUV to cart my son and dogs around I would just keep my R1T quad instead.

Shortly after receiving the email I got a text from the Portland, OR delivery center with a proposed delivery date. I also got a phone call to discuss and confirmed the delivery date and time. They indicated that the truck was shortly being scheduled for shipping. I then received a confirmation email.
