Factory wraps up production Friday. Then they will ship it to us. I want to make an install video first before people buy, but I'll do that immediately once I get the product.

The chargers you had for our gen1's were (and are) amazing - wanting to get the same in our gen2! (will we still need to use a usb port in the gen2 - or have you found somewhere else to tap into?)

Truthfully, want to make sure everyone understands what they are getting. I know we could do pre-orders etc. But I want everyone to be happy. It's going to be good though.

Just saw the question: It's going to use the USB ports. I have a lot less space to work with, but I am looking into tapping into power. Just not quite yet.

I've got one more trick that I'm going to try with a Gen2. Otherwise I'll explain the options in the install video.

It seems like placing a small battery between the charger and the car would solve the problems caused by having an insufficient number of insufficiently powerful 12v/USB outputs on the car.

Some QI2 chargers even have a battery integrated into the charger which would be a really elegant solution if they are not too big to fit in the space we have.

We have about 6.5 mm of space.... So umm not much. I actually thought about a battery. But it needs to charge itself.

Nope, as I am not making them. We will be selling them. If and when I have news about it, I'll be happy to share. As of this moment its not in our hands.
