12 Volt Battery failure-More than once?

I have the 12 volt failure warning and am replacing it Monday. I am not thrilled about paying for it when I have a two year old truck. My question is after replacement does it last longer than two years or will it need replacing that often? Maybe that is an unknown at this point. I know this has been talked about but I would think there would be a fix so as to make it last longer. My last two ICE car batteries lasted around 6 years in MN.

How many miles on your Rivian? 12v battery has a 3 yr 36k (or so) miles warranty

I have 54,000 miles. I will definitely ask about warranty but I know I am over for miles.

Yup... But worth the shot with soooo many 'proactive replacements' going on

This really is a weak point: so easy (if so inclined) to replace on every other car, gen, ATV that we have parked here.

It’s easy to replace the Rivian 12v battery if they’d just let us.
I would push them hard to replace under warranty. They know they have issues.
