Not sure anyone will know until they try as neither sales or service knew. The new Gen2 Quad offers Super Sport wheels with custom designed Michelin tires staggered 275/305. Does anybody know if its possible to put those tires on the new Bronze Sport 22" wheels? I doubt the Super Sport wheels are a different size in back. My goal is to get the Super Sport wheels, use the all-season for winter and put on the new M Sport S 5's all around. I'm sure 275s will work but am wondering about 305s.

I don't know for sure but the logic says whenever one widens the tire by 30mm, going from 275 to 305, the rim should increase in width by at least 0.5", better to be 1" wider.

The 305 tire might fit but it will not be optimal as the shoulder/sidewall will bulge and induce greater flex and reduce handling.

I assume Rivian did it correctly by having a different rim width with a different offset for the rear vs the front. Of course this means one cannot rotate the tires, obviously.

Perhaps the 275s all around.

I got a reply from somebody at South SF. The Super Sport wheels are slight wider to support the bigger tires in the back. After purchase, on your own, you can put four 275s on the regular Sport wheels if desired.
