New Purchase - Referral Code Request

Greetings All - First time poster, long time Rivian Stalker. After 4 years, I've finally pulled the trigger and have placed an order for a 2025 R1S Tri. I've seen a lot of youtube videos and just really learning about the referral program. Does anyone have a recommendation on a referral code that I can use as part of my purchase? I know providing these can be self serving to the provider, but curious if there is a good one to use that benefits more than the provider of the code? Maybe a group, charity, organization or something like that? Thanks in advance and I'm sure you'll be hearing a lot from me s0---0n.

I don't know of any referral code for charities but there are plenty of sponsors of the forum that do great work for the community. You can use one of theirs.

I too, am unaware of anything other than a referral going to an individual (as in charity, cause, etc.). I have gotten 10 referrals from kind folks on this forum, or so I presume, since it's the only place that I'm aware of sharing my link (except for one stranger I shared my code with in person following a long conversation about my truck that we had—she later confirmed that they bought one and she used my code, which was cool because I was able to actually thank someone directly).

I assume this has generally been people who have found my posting helpful in some way? Either way, I would be very happy to answer any quesitons you have about the buying process, ownership/maintainence/repairs (we have four Gen 1s, so I have a fair amount of experience with the earlier platform, none with Gen 2). I'm sure you will find links in people's signatures, so if there is any particular thread/post you've found helpful, you could always go with whomever posted whatever it was that was helpful.

Many have their codes in their signature. I recommend finding a post or comment that you find useful or appreciate and use that person's code.

FYI (not useful for OP) but you can use your own referral code after you are a Rivian owner.

My plan is to buy a million Rivians so I can haz a billion dollars.

Rivian piloted a referral program for Rivian clubs almost 2 years ago, it was a flop and they discontinued it. That’s about as close as it gets.

Some folks have used referral codes from content creators, but now that additional referrals create diminishing returns, it is (arguably) better to spread them out if the purchaser is willing.
