Spotify loss-less is launching

Any thoughts on whether it will ever be available on the Rivian native app, or will they be too worried about data usage?

Apple Music is Lossless and so is Tidal, I don't think data usage will be a concern. I'll switch back when Spotify supports Dolby Atmos. It made too much of a difference and is the reason i switched to Apple Music.

I also wish they had Dolby Atmos. I tried to switch to Apple Music, but it was so incredibly unreliable, and there's really not much else like Spotify connect for playing on Echo devices which I use at home a lot.

Well I guess I just have untrained ears. Are you able to tell a difference on Apple Music? I figured most speaker (not high end) wouldn’t have the capability to play lossless but what do I know.

I can absolutely tell the difference between the same track on Spotify and Amazon Music (much higher bitrate) in my R1T.

Nope. Works great as long as I have coverage.

Amazon music stutters in my R1S, especially if I’m playing an Amazon music playlist. The strength of cell signal has nothing to do with the quality, I can have full service and still get stuttering.
