Anyone have a sales rep they highly recommend?

New member, trying to possibly put in an order for an R1T. I've gone through this sales process previously but ultimately did not choose to order a few months ago. My experience with the random sales person who contacts you from an online inquiry has been dramatically different this time around. I was wondering if there was a way to get re-assigned or possibly connect with a sales rep that comes highly recommended.

That's not how it works (or ever worked). Put in your order online, pay your deposit and at some point a Guide will be assigned to you (if they even still do that). There is no process by which to select a specific Guide and truthfully they should go complete "touches" and save the trouble by eliminating the Guide program entirely and folding those people into Customer Service.

I sent you a DM with my guides contact info. A good guide can help find the perfect match of features you want that sometimes doesn’t show up in the inventory because of its location, also they can tell you when it was built and current location if that matters to you, some folks don’t want older builds.

That's interesting. Both times I've put in an inquiry, I've been called by a sales person before I put a deposit (phone, email and text). My info is collected when submitting for a trade-in valuation. They always say that "You have my private direct line" which is why I was thinking this might be a good way to support the great sales reps.

Just to inform everyone

Sales reps are real things and have actual power in the buying process.

I was thinking about getting an S lease at the end of Q2 with those incentives. With working with a rep ( Tom) they were able to offer additional amount off.

" loyal customer bonus" because i already had a T

" Delivery Fee waived" because the original S i picked out sold before we could lock it up.

Things like that on top of all the other hocus pocus offers they give out.

If you have a space nearby, pop in there. Someone will be happy to fill that sales rep role there in my experience. They can provide additional incentives to push the sale over the finish line.

What's the limit one could push for in terms of a loyal customer bonus? I'm about 5k down off from where I want to be monthly price wise. (Including Paint and wheels would probably get there)

Depends on the build, but its worth trying to get a hold of a real person.

I’ve tried twice now (last time was this afternoon) to press my Guide for a better deal. I’ve even pointed to a build w/ a bunch of extra items to see what he could do.

In the end…nothing. Now, I realize the deal I got a year ago was amazing ($80k T lease for $610/mo, $0 down), and I’m not expecting that kind of deal again, but I was hoping for something more than what I see online in the shop.
