InsideEVs - 60 miles into a FSD Coast To Coast Challenge, FSD fails to see a metal ramp (apparenty a trailer or ATV loading ramp) in the road. It actually lifts/launches the car enough to send them flying out of their seats and spewing the passenger's drink.

The stupid part is the driver and passenger SAW IT in plenty of time and did not take control. Just another proof that whether it is Tesla, Rivian or some other brand, there is still no such thing as safe, foolproof autonomous driving.
