Not the SL, but I've had The LT version on since the spring, and after 14,000 km I think they are fantastic. I run them at 55 psi and haven't seen a marked difference in range. I'm not sure why you'd want to go with the lower rated tire on such a heavy truck.

If you plan on more serious offroading there are better options out there, but as an 80/20 tire these are great. Lots of siping, amazing in the rain, good snow performance, and super quiet. Mine did develop a bit of a hum at 85-90 kph as they were breaking in, but that faded after a while and has disappeared since rotating them.

They seem to sit proud of the fenders compared to the Pirelli's so they throw a bit more goo on the truck, which i kinda like. Of the more road-focused AT tires, they're a standout.

Just got SL version installed. I can definitely confirm the max PSI is 51. I just drove only about 10 miles after getting them installed so can’t comment on overall efficiency, but they are damn near silent! The awful stock Pirelli hum is finally gone. They also seem much smoother and soak up minor road imperfections better. They look slightly beefier and taller than the stock Pirellis…not to mention I think the sidewall design looks pretty cool. Overall initial impression is great.

I've had numerous sets of the older Dueler AT on Toyotas and they were always good. Quiet for an AT, lasted many miles and I threw some serious rockcrawl trails at them.

Came across this TheDrive review from February. Apparently Bridgestone is targeting the Pirelli Scorpion AT Plus with this tire. Review points to slightly better behavior on snow. Both tires looks to be 640 UTQG. For those looking for a tougher tire, the LT Dueler is probably the lightest available at 53 lbs, only 5 more than the SL Scorpion. And about $50 less. Unknown efficiency aside, this look like a good choice.

The LT Firestone is lighter by 0.4 lbs. And it is a AT/MT hybrid. The Bridgestone is a on-road AT.

What are you seeing for efficiency?

Well, the trip meter for the last 8000k is showing 3.25 kiloms per kwh, around 2.02 miles. But that's a lot of short trips in wet coastal weather, and ripping up the fsr to hike or bike. On longer trips, it's been better, but I can't give you a specific number.

After several hundred miles with my Ascents, LT275/65-20, I am only seeing about 5% drop in efficiency. Actually, some of that loss is, no doubt, due to much cooler weather arriving with the new tires. It’s a small sample size, but, so far, I’m very pleased that I haven’t seen a larger hit from going with the LT’s.

Just a quick update on these tire. Note I have the SL version. The truck has been incredibly smooth and QUIET! I swear it actually feels a bit quicker...maybe due to how light these tires are compared to stock...but this is all subjective. I haven't noticed any drop in efficiency, but I've only driven about 2K miles on these. Handling and grip seem to be on par with the stock Pirelli's. Overall, these tires have been great.

2K should be enough to get a good read on efficiency. And that’s even with cooler CA fall temperatures with close to 30-degree day/night swings. This is good news. Grip on ice is where this tire gets dinged in reviews. But nonissue for most of CA.
