So are there performance differences between the two? Is one better specifically for the Rivian? Thanks for your help with this
I don't know as much about the ElectricDrive tire. I'm sure it would perform well. In my personal opinion, I prefer the Territory AT designed specifically for Rivian.

Just an update... I have 11k on these GY tires 275/60R20 "riv" spec. I have a Gen 1 Quad R1S. So far still love them. Still overall quieter than the Pirelli's. Getting about 2.34mi/kwh versus 2.15 with the Pirelli's. Did take one long road trip to Colorado with the vehicle loaded to the rim for college move in. That trip was in conserve mode but otherwise mostly in AP/Standard height. Only worry is the treadware. Hoping it stabilizes soon. I really want to try them out in the snow.

Just as a data point, I just hit 7k miles with these on my ‘22 R1T. About 70/30 local/highway driving with four ~2hr (one way) towing trips.

Tread depth on the fronts is about 9/32nds. Rears are at about 10/32nds.

Pulled the trigger and went with the new AT Scorpions. Only had them for 2 days but have been light off roading, some mud, city and highway and they have been great. Quiet in comparison to my OEM Perelli's, but they got retired at just over 42K. so they did very well. Probably could have gotten 50K but I forgot a rotation and the tread on the two front tires was in the red zone (under 3 / 32) by the time I remembered. Rears were still ok as was the spare (around 5-7 / 32), so rotated but didn't want to go into winter with one nearly bald tire (since had no choice but to make one front a spare and put the other on the back). Lesson learned, rotate every 5-6 K. Will update after more experience with them, but love the look and feel so far.

PS, if you are looking for a great little tire shop, personalized service, PM tire in Whitehall Michigan is awesome. Ashley runs it and they did a great job with the Rivian. Highly recommend them!

The Goodyear tire designed for Rivian is a hard metric 275/60R20 XL.
Why does the Goodyear tire look so different on the Discounttire and Goodyear website vs the tire rack one you linked earlier?

The tire rack website looks like a completely different tire with different tread even though supposedly all 3 of these links are the same tire

Tire Rack has the correct images of the tire. I’m not sure why the other websites show a different tire. The Goodyear Rivian tire is a 275/60R20 Wrangler Territory AT 116H XL.

weird, even on the Goodyear website the tire looks different and it says it doesn't fit my 275/65/20 rim even though I think it should

The photos look like the old version of this tire
Is the Rivian version different or is there only 1 version of the new Wrangler Territory AT?

-
There are multiple versions of the Territory AT. Goodyear doesn’t have the image of the actual Rivian tire on the website. The 275/60R20 116H XL tire will fit on the R1T or R1S with a 20” wheel. The Goodyear website may give a warming, but will let you proceed.
