iPhone app Has a Different Model Than I Own???

Was planning a trip using the trip planner on my Rivian app to see how many stops and the duration of drive between SoCal and Arches National Park. When I opened the planning, it showed that I have R1S Dual Max. I own gen 1 R1S Quad Large.

All the preferences and other info shows the right vehicle, except the route planner.

Anyone else have this experience and if so is there a simple fix?

I had a similar issue. My wheel and tires on my app were listed as 20” when they wheels and tires on the vehicle was 22”. The service center in Boise made the change remotely while it was still parked outside.

Call customer support- it might be that ez

I haven't seen that but I've often seen, when I first open the app, the vehicle shown as a white R1T and then it quickly changes to my vehicle (Blue R1S).

Having the same issue with my trip planner. Sometimes the vehicle configuration disappears and calculates correctly. Did you happen to find a fix?

yes I have the same thing when I tried to plan a trip. Mine is showing R1T dual Max pack, when mine is a R1T Large pack. I signed out and back in same issue. Also removed the app and downloaded again still getting same configuration! I’m going to out a service ticket in I think it’s a glitch in
