If I were ever that close I would absolutely have stopped and dropped my trailer 5 miles from the charger even though that's a pain. If anyone happens to find a post about that low range I'd love more details on the expected range vs reality.

Was after midnight with 55 miles range I had still two hour drive and the charger was not compatible. The closest town (not on the way) was 50 miles away. I drove 50 mph along I80 and made it with 10 miles to spare. That is the closest I have come in the Rivian.

In my RAV4-EV I once coasted into a parking lot under zero power. Kept the vehicle in neutral and was able to push the last 8' to the public L2 charger.

What is this range anxiety thing they talk about.
