Not only is it just 1 model, it also has benefit of everything they learned from manufacturing R1T, R1S and EDV at the same time. Plus, whatever input they got from working with Munro Associates.I think it was January to September of 2021. They were validating 3 different models on a much more complicated build. The R2 should be much quicker, it is only 1 model with significant attention paid to ease of assembly. I do not see any issues starting deliveries by May or June at this point.
And as RJ said, they will build a few hundred of these validation units before production actually start. And I maintain my prediction, Spring for that launch event and sales start.
