Thankfully your wife is okay. Let your insurance company deal with this matter.Hi all, sad this is my first post. Wife was involved in a rear end collision last week. Teenager was on phone and not paying attention when he struck her. Thankfully she was okay and my little ones were not in the truck. No airbag deployment, but she was quite sore the next day. SSD didn't capture anything from gear guard sadly. Going through the stress of working with insurance currently. Found out the kid who hit us as a Progressive plan with up to 50K in coverage. Have two options to go through progressive, or make a claim on my State Farm policy.
Based on the pic, can anyone give me an assessment if this is totaled or not? I have the truck parked out front and not being used for fear of the lighter popping off, but mainly for my kids safety until it's checked out. I started a lease on the vehicle in December. Original play was to buy out after a year of ownership if we loved the truck, which we have for the last 3 months. At this point kinda hoping for a totaled vehicle to start fresh and not worry about body work issues. Not to mention the nightmare of getting the PPF reapplied. Anyone have similar damage and have successful repair? Looking through Rivian certified centers here in VA. Appreciate some tips and guidance, thank you all!
