The summer is almost over (wishful thinking, I know) so let's get ready to enjoy the best time of the year: fall, winter and spring.

GMRS Radios: I bought my Wouxun KG-905G here Buy Two Way Radios - Lowest 2 Way Radio Prices Anywhere! but you can find other brands on Amazon as well. It's a must have cause it allows to keep us connected for the entire time and if someone has questions or needs guidance it's much easier to communicate.
Spare Tire: I know Rivian does not include a spare tire in our trucks and offers a 24/7 recovery service (as far as I know), but for our Outventures a spare tire is highly recommended so we can safely get home if something goes wrong...and at some point a hidden rock or something will slice the tire, it's almost guaranteed.
Tire deflator: when adventuring on sand, gravel or rocks it's recommended to air down to get a better grip and reduce the risk of popping a tire. I haven't checked if the on-board compressor will also deflate our tires. I usually prefer to use a set of adjustable tire deflators. Mine are by Staun but there are other brands available as well.
