  1. We made Car and Driver's Best EVs Built in America List

Still the best truck on their list. R1S is missing because the competition is starting to eek ahead with either better pricing or better use-case fulfillment. Wouldn't be surprised if R2 made number 1 next year.
  2. Oct 1: Rivian is offering 1.99% rate for 60 month, 2.49% rate for 72 month loans

@Administrator might warrant a rename (2025 inventory), might only be like 20 vehicles eligible, lol
  3. Oct 1: Rivian is offering 1.99% rate for 60 month, 2.49% rate for 72 month loans

Even still, I'm only seeing 15 results on Rivian Roamer for any new 2025 R1T (and clicking some of them says "this vehicle is no longer available"), so best case this is still an extremely exclusive offer.
  4. Rivian Update 2025.34 Now Downloading! - Upgrades / Fixes to Expect

I mean it's hardware capable as far as what's in the vehicle as stock. The Comma 3x just sends the software signal that says "it's OK to steer while driver assistance is enabled". Yet again, I think this is a case where Gen1 is software limited due to MobilEye gatekeeping features. Which would...
  5. Rivian Update 2025.34 Now Downloading! - Upgrades / Fixes to Expect

Interesting the Gen2 gets Co Steer but not Gen1. Gen1's hardware is compatible with Co Steer; I use it with my Comma 3x liberally.
  6. 1725mi (50hr) Road Trip w/ Comma 3X – Impressed!

What a week! We drove down from Southern Oregon and spend some time at Yosemite, before continuing down to Anaheim and Universal Studios. Stats Time Driven: 49 hours 53 minutes Distance Driven: 1,726.21 miles Charging: 692 kWh driven (2.49 mi/kWh) 762 kWh charged (90.8% charge efficiency)...
  7. Range Mileage and Battery Percentage Not Showing Up After Google Maps Update

You might not have actually received 2025.22. Check your updates page to see if your still on 2025.18, if so Rivian pushed the wrong update. Calling them should fix it.
  8. Weird Maps Behavior - Taking me a Longer Route

I 100% believe that this is a low-confidence issue given your mileage. I think the nav recognized your normal route would get you home at 5%, so to make sure it doesn't strand you, it wanted you to get off the freeway and drive 30-45 MPH instead (essentially giving you an extra 7 miles of...
  9. NACS to CCS adapter

Yes that's correct. J1772 is what you're looking for. Although I can't vouch for any particular adapters. Just to clarify, the rivian adapter is wired for DC only. So don't attempt to use it on any AC charger (level 1 or 2).
  10. NACS to CCS adapter

It does not work with Level 2 NACS, only Level 3. So that means if you have a home NACS charger, it won't work with that.
  11. Paused software download

It won't tell you that it's downloading, nor will it show you a progress bar for the actual download itself. It'll just get queued and download in the background. Once it's fully downloaded and staged, you'll get a notification that it's ready to install. If you link your vehicle on Rivian...
  12. (Ended) Comma 3x Sale for $899

On the default OpenPilot software, it's as @godfodder0901 said; the standard Rivian ACC is used for throttle-control, so the behavior on the steering wheel scroll wheels / buttons is the same. Switching to the SunnyPilot software requires the upgrade harness in order to keep those steering...
  13. Is there a partial navigation outage?

Yeah, the issue appears to persist even in the rivian app. So, definitely seems like an ABRP issue.
  14. ABRP Will nolonger plan a route

This is also affecting rivian vehicles directly. The map in the vehicle will still route, but it takes like three times longer, and it won't load battery consumption information.
