My estimate was $750 but was only charged $260 for dual battery replacement (I was only charged for one battery and no labor). It's crazy how all over the place Rivian is with the cost of these battery replacements.

Well, confusingly the pre-visit estimate I signed was for ~$750, but after they left I got a bill for $260 total. The parts line lists only the primary battery, but the resolution line says "replaced primary and secondary battery."

Mobile service just left after replacing both of my Gen1's 12v batteries. That's a spendy visit even with the "duplicate labor" discount. Now it's running the SW update it wouldn't do with the 12V warning active...
