Glad to hear! I think between the Irving and the Superchargers in Bangor it is going to make those Northern trips much easier. I'm still waiting on my A2Z adapter but I'll be heading up that way as soon as I can to test the route up to Calais. I doubt the Calais Supercharger will be on the V4...

I am going to answer my own comment with this recommendation: Neil's Motors Inc in Biddeford (https://neilsmotors.com/index.html). I had my inspection done there and they are a great shop, super friendly, knowledgeable about the Rivian and they had all the jack pucks and such already.

    Ski Resort L2 Charger etiquette

Curious what folk think of plugging into an L2 Charger for 8 hours or so whilst skiing. Typically I would assume the same etiquette as any other public charger, go move your car when you are done but I've noticed that nobody does. There are only 4 L2 chargers where I go and the parking lot fills...

I'm up in rural Maine and so driving anywhere near Boston is stressful at best. Driving my new R1S out of the Chelsea SC and trying to get used to the one pedal driving, navigation, narrow one-ways and onto i95 took several years off my life! Trial by fire though right. Just not looking forward...

Any recommendations on Maine garages for doing inspections, wheel rotations or similar regular services? If so, did you provide jack pucks or just trust them to know the vehicle, jack points and such? Not opposed to popping down to the service center but would be nice if there was a closer...

    R1S hitch ski rack installed

Something like the Chuck Rack might help protect the gear but also keep that easy loading and unloading feature. Looking at the larger second gen version, you could likely bag your gear in there too. Expensive for something off Kickstarter though. Personally I just ordered the Kuat Grip 6 since...

Help! R1S Ski Rack is whistling

Was just about to pull the trigger on these for my R1S but found this thread. Hope the channel inserts fix it for you and very interested to hear how it goes!

    R1S hitch ski rack installed

Thank you so much for sharing! Yesterday was our first ski trip in the R1S and I used a Thule box on the top for lugging the skis and boards. Was a right PITA given how tall the vehicle is and how paranoid I was on scratching everything up whilst loading and unloading. Not sure how much I want...

    Rear cargo liner for R1S?

What I appreciate about this picture is the dedication to the coffee drinking experience out in the wild. AeroPress Go... naaah.. I'm bringing the Chemex, pour over kettle and the kitchen grinder! :)

    Rear cargo liner for R1S?

This one was already mentioned in the thread but there were no pictures so adding here. This is the 4knines Multi-Function Dog Split SUV Cargo Liner in Large 52" x 86" size. It's basically the same as the Temu and Amazon ones. It does have zippers so that you can fold down different parts of the...

@Brookliner Thank you! I ended up going with the 20 AT's after all. I've run endless permutations of trips through ABRP and the charging differences just weren't enough to compel the more practical option. The margin on getting to camp in one shot on the 21's would likely end up being too small...

Has anyone any experience using the Irving Chargers in Bangor and Newport? I'm torn trying to decide between what I want, Quad+20"AT and what is far more practical, Dual+21". The range difference would be the difference between having to stop and charge on the way to camp or doing it all in one...

Thule Hullavator (or Yakima Showdown) kayak rack with R1T/S

Thank you for returning to this thread with that info! I had just stumbled on this whilst looking for something to hold my Yakima Showdowns on a future R1T purchase. Did you use the 60" wing bars for your install? Any issues with hitting the side of the vehicle or mirrors? Have you had a chance...
