Has anyone had the issue of adding Sirius stations to My Collection only to have them gone after turning off the car? Each time the car resets the stations to the original set of stations I had. Any help is appreciated. Thank you

Hi, I got this error today “not working” on the tailgate. Has anyone else experienced this and have advice? I checked to see if there was anything blocking the gate or top - nothing there. I reset the car and deleted and reinstalled my app. Same error appears. Thanks for you help

My service request is not for navigation, but for not being able to use the app. As I’ve said, I deleted the app, reinstalled it multiple times. Reset the Rivian multiple times and still have the same problems. First tech appointment for that is 5 months away. Seems like a long wait.

I have the same issue with the key not being found - even though I can see it listed. Software is crummy on several fronts

Continually frustrated by software. Far too often; can’t vent windows, can’t begin remote charging, can’t find garage door. Navigation wants to send me in circles. As an owner and investor this is maddening. I reset and same results. Reset, same results. I’m almost ready to throw in the towel...

Would like to see the option to flip audio to driver side. Without more steering wheel controls it’s hard to change temperature, audio etc while driving.

I’ve had the same issue. Also can’t unlock the car or open the windows unless I’m standing next to it. My experience is that the app is quite glitchy.

My screen stays frozen on camera mode. Anyone else experiencing this? Would hate to ask for service because it will be November - if I’m lucky.

Since the OTA the app says to “delete phone key” almost every time I try to use any functionality in the app. Try to start charging, delete key, vent windows, delete key. Anyone else getting this since the update?

Short drive today and while I knew my destination decided to try the navigation system. This error occurred and when I returned to the car over an hour later the error was still there. I’ve had so many navigation issues I think I’m being pranked.

I’ve heard of this OTA arriving. Maybe they lost my email? No update yet. Some people have had it a week?

Completely agree. I’m also a shareholder and when they told me a service visit was 4 months out for my R1S I had to weigh whether this is a good investment. I’m not sure. And simple things like fixing navigation or sending the charging converter are sinkholes

This was new, driving down the road and the security camera started (my wife recorded while I drove). Anyone else have this issue?
