That would make sense......just in time for R2 test drives!

Absolutely, I had mine delivered directly to Rahal Paint Protection in early '23, and I don't think they like doing that sort of thing now. It sounds like Rivian is using location as one of the dimensions for R2 delivery orders.

I noticed that too. Website probably just hasn't been updated yet, or they are waiting until if officially opens.

I was wondering what my closest Rivian Demo Center is so I can try out the R2 and it turns out it’s the Fishers, Indiana store! It’s about 2 and half hours away from me. When I tried to navigate there AI told me it opens on June 5th.

Stopped by this morning to check it out! Very nice space, typical of the other "Rivian Spaces". No R2 (or any indication it) on display yet. They said they hope to get one "next week". Service Center portion should be up and running fully within a couple weeks.

Nice! I’ll give them a call on Monday and see what’s going on in terms of R2 demo drives.
