It does.... But in my case, there are weeds in front of the neighbor's garage (they don't use it for their car) that throws things off, and I don't trimm up the weeds as often as I should. This may be a stupid question, from an, as yet, non Rivian owner, but doesn't the truck have sensors and warning alarms when you are approaching something a bit too close?
you backed into 3 things trying to get into a charging station?Did it affect your tailgates ability to open? I've had substantial problems ever since backing into another vehicle - and then into a tree in a strip mall while trying to maneuver into a Tesla charging station - and then (very slowly, with no alarms sounding) into a car parked crosswise right behind my truck. The latches just got changed again and hopefully they stay fixed and I don't back into anything else!
Another irony: I asked my neighbor across the street if they saw anything happen on their security camera. They didn't see anything in my driveway, but did record an Amazon van that rolled into their car parked on the street.Did you have any deliveries? Amazon van, etc backing into it?
