I was excited to see that there was finally an R2 event in the Bay area (Palo Alto) but alas when I clicked on the link I realized it is actually in Denver : (

I don't understand why they're not doing one in their hometown.

Pretty sure that’s a typo/copy and paste error since these are all the same pages used over and over again. See from the email reservation.

The Chicago Block Parties listed Denver at first too! I'm sure they will fix it.

Thanks, I was only looking at the rsvp page. I didn't notice there was better information on the invitation.

Interesting...I RSVP'd when they didn't have specific dates (just a general date range from May 15-17). They said more details to come, but haven't gotten anything since, and I can't RSVP again, so

Same here! I hope the reservation didn't get lost somewhere, especially since it says I can't RSVP anymore.

When I clicked on the link for Palo Alto in the OPs message it took me to a page with links to RSVP for each of the three individual days. I just tried the link again and it is still accepting RSVPs for all days.

Ditto, although I haven't attempted to RSVP again. Originally the event started at 11am but I see its now 9am, so I'll just head over early Friday, in a probably vain attempt to beat the crowds. Not that getting an early look really matters for me, since I haven't owned a Rivian and only have a January 2025 reservation, so there are likely to be plenty of opportunities to see and even drive before I'll be able to get my grubby mits on one.

Then I tried signing up here, and it pushed Back saying email already used.. then I used a DIFFERENT email, and my name and it still said email already used (most likely keying in on my name).. I haven’t tried just misspelling my name and using a different email.. who knows how this crap is going to unroll.

Also, for Palo Alto, you've got to love the three different start times depending on which webpage you're on. Rivian Events site = 11am. RSVP site showing all three days = 9am. Actual RSVP site = 10am.

It’s kind of funny and a bit annoying, how poorly this is managed.

Looks like Rivian added an additional day, Thursday with a disclaimer stating limited number of vehicles on display.
