Wait until R2 comes out and SCs are even more slammed.

I owned a Model X when the Model 3 came out and Tesla Service nose dived hard (no appointments, sloppy work, damaged car). I am expecting something similar with Rivian assuming the R2 sells well. Book your service appointments now
Please stop with the Tesla comparisons. Just because Tesla did something doesn't mean that will happen to Rivian. They're different companies following different business plans.

Instead of pre-judging Rivian, maybe run some numbers? There are currently maybe 150,000 Rivians in customer hands. There will be maybe 25k R2 deliveries this year. That's an increase of maybe 12.5% in the customer base.

Rivian has increased the number of service centers by 35% in the past 12 months, and has plans to increase another 50% in the next 20 months (which is reasonable if they keep up this pace).

You do the math - does it sound like they're falling behind or catching up?

The owner should get a Handicap Placard and park it right up front at Rivian HQ to get the attention they want or need. I don’t know the backstory so chalk my suggestion up to ignorance.
