I wouldn't define 70 miles on the odometer as a used vehicle and I am strictly looking at it from the purchaser's side. You can buy from Rivian, wait a long time, and pay the taxes or drive off in the same vehicle today without the taxes.
The price from Rivian is $98,250 before fees and taxes. Arizona permits a tax free private party sale so and this new vehicle is available immediately so it makes no sense to price it below Rivian.
