You aren’t wrong sir. So far the R1 has done well minus a few small things, but nothing has stranded us like some I’ve seen on here. Just wish the service part of things would drastically improve.
Oh you mean the Tesla I haven’t had to reboot in almost 10k miles compared to the Rivian that needs it weekly? But it’s cool. Your crappy software engineer has been busy making costumes for a parked car….. keep on wondering why you lost your butt on your stock?

I think the issues seem to be more G2 related. I have 1300 miles so not a lot of time yet, but alignment and hood adjustment is all I need so far. 3 months out for me
Unfortunately we all bought one of the worst vehicles for reliability according to many studies. To top it off , we have to wait 3+ months to have all these issues addressed. It’s just not sustainable. I’d say there would be a lot more of these posts if we wouldn’t lose our asses on resale...
There aren’t enough shareholder-stricken fanboys to carry this brand with 100k vehicles and service like this. R2/3 or not, this will end this company long term
Tesla sold almost half a million cars last qtr. I think they’ll be ok. As for Rivian, they need that damn R2 out yesterday. They are running out of money
Probably not a good idea to start your EV journey with a Rivian unfortunately. Still a lot of bugs to work out with this brand. But the start up excuse should be minimal since this company is 10 years old now….._
