I DID NOT HAVE A TUNEIN ACCOUNT AND DID NOT GIVE THEM MY CREDIT CARD EITHER....ALSO FILLED OUT A FRAUD NOTIFICATION WITH THE CC.....APPARENTLY TUNEIN CAN ACCESS OUR CREDIT CARDS IF YOU INITIALLY TRIED THE TRIAL WHILE IN THE VEHICLE...NO AGREEMENT SIGNED OR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION NEEDS TO BE GIVEN.

There is no signature on any Tunein account which I don't even have access to.

I pretty sure this occurred when picking up my vehicle and I was unaware or anything beyond a free app.....amazes me that they feel no obligation to notify their intention to charge me after a year and that they had access to my business credit card account.

If that is the case....apparently Tunein has a 1 year free trial followed by billing a year later with no communication with the customer.

No subscription....only used a few times 12 months ago.
