Same. And attached a separate email to the Alexa at home also, since I learned the hard way that whenever the kids played music at home, the music in my car would cut off. And then vice versa. Took us a few days to figure out what was happening.
I guess I'll throw this in here... having casting issues that may be the same as others that have described it as "spotty." For me, my Gen 1 R1T recognizes my phone to cast, I select the casting within the app (I've tried with YTTV and HBO Max), and it "tries" to cast but gets stuck. The show...
Sweet! The picture says suite 200, but that looks like a “50” in blue on the top right of the middle photo, so 150 is probably right. Either way - that’s a great spot. There’s a lot of Rivians up in the burbs.
Noticed the same behavior on mine - has anyone heard from Service on this? I've got a mobile appointment in a couple of weeks for something unrelated, but I can ask when they're here.
Also interested what they do for lessees. I'd say I'm performance-curious, but if it's $5k for what is 24 months remaining on my lease it doesn't make sense. But if it's some sort of monthly charge - could be interesting.
I'm a May '24 purchase also, and got the same note on 12/6 that the order was placed. I just got tracking info late yesterday (and I didn't do anything), so I imagine you'll get yours shortly also.
Update - my Dec. appointment held up and they installed the cover today. It sounds just like the original. :CWL: But glad to have it on there! So that's about 6 months from delivery (with IOU) to installation.
Similar story as others... May '24 delivery without the cover, and then have had several appointments cancelled and rescheduled (Aug, then Oct, then Nov). Currently have an appointment for Dec. 3rd - we'll see if it holds.
One thought I had was just punting on the cover and trying to use...
