I disagree saying that's negligible. 1400+kWh is nearly two months of electric usage for the average US household. That's up to $570 if you're in San Diego (worst case), or $325 If you're average. Over a 5 year span you're now at $1600-$2800 wasted.

Just remember to consider the cost of taxes you'll pay on the purchase, and any fees from websites you sell on. But at old pricing and if you locked in tax rebate, I'd be shocked if you couldn't find a buyer to at least turn some profit locally. Many of us are on waiting lists with no ETA still...
